Skipton to Bradford

Starting at Skipton, the gateway to the Dales, this cruise ends at the two rise staircase of Dobson locks after passing through fabulous scenery, the amazing Bingley set of locks, with the Five Rise taking star billing and the world heritage site of Saltaire.

You may wish to arrive a few days early, we have an arrangement with the Rendezvous Hotel in Skipton, and explore all the Dales have to offer before heading off with us to cruise overlooking some lovely countryside and through some small villages and towns such as Bradley and Silsden.

After passing through the amazing Five Rise we go through the very deep and equally impressive Three Rise of locks before heading off to explore Saltaire. Then, despite being close to the city of Bradford, we pass through and possibly moor up near the three rise of Field Locks which seems to be in the middle of countryside and nowhere near habitation.
