Bradford and Aire & Calder Trip finishing at Leeds

This cruise starts at the Dobson two rise of locks and we then pass down through a series of staircase and single locks and off the end of the Leeds and Liverpool canal onto the Aire and Calder navigation.

Surprisingly we pass through a green corridor down into Leeds before emerging through the old Granary Wharf dock onto the much wider navigation. Passing through the centre of Leeds this really is a cruise of contrast; the canal, the river, countryside and city. We cruise a stretch of the navigation through countryside and huge automated navigation locks before returning to Clarence Dock in Leeds, home of the Royal Armouries museum.
